Account Deletion - Speak Circle

This page explains how Speak Circle users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

1. How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Speak Circle account, please send an email to:
support.jordan.apps@gmail.com

Use the following subject line:

Account deletion request - Speak Circle

In your email, please include the email address associated with your Speak Circle account.

For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm your request before deleting the account.

2. What data will be deleted

When your account deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including where applicable:

• account information;
• email address;
• username / display name;
• optional first name and last name;
• profile photo;
• language preferences;
• session-related profile data;
• messages associated with your account, where deletion is technically possible and legally permitted.

3. Data that may be retained temporarily

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for:

• legal obligations;
• security;
• fraud prevention;
• dispute resolution;
• technical backups;
• prevention of abuse of the service.

When data is retained for these reasons, it will only be kept for as long as necessary.

4. Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days after confirming the request.

If additional time is required due to technical, legal, or security reasons, we will inform the user when possible.

5. Important note

Deleting your account is permanent.

Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your profile, sessions, messages, and other data associated with your account.
